Senior Officer, Field Collection

Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh 
Report to:  Unit Manager of LCD for Field Collection

• Manage & lead field collection by building staff capacity with good performance result.
• Coordinate with bad debt collector or relevant staff at the branches or relevant department’s staff in solving and collecting loan in efficiency.  
• Analyze data to determine the likelihood or signal of an account moving into the delinquent category before it actually does so. 
• Responsible for reducing or protecting number of delinquent accounts, as well as overall debts and written off accounts.
• Resolve and reconcile discrepancies between parties of HKL and clients.
• Conduct a mission to visit branches to collect debt at least 4 times as yearly.   
• Find out the effective solution and recommendation to the branch’s collectors and other related persons on how to solve or collect debt in efficiency.   
• Work closely with outside legal counsel as well as collections firms to retrieve the past due balances.
• Manage, monitor, and follow up on the invitation and litigation cases for taken an action.    
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor degree in the field of Management, Marketing, Finance & Banking, Economics and other related skill.
• Able to build a communication and relationship in English
• Literacy in computer programs for Microsoft Office.
• Useful experience for loan portfolio and loan recovery managements at least 3 years
• Strong networking, negotiation and reconciliation skills for positive results
• Advance analytical, organization and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in working with high targets and tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of relevant requirements such as credit & finance.
• Be able to travel and work at rural areas.
