Deputy Head of Corporate Compliance (01 post.)

Location:   Head Office-Phnom Penh 
Report to:  Head of Compliance Department 

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Review and correct compliance work from team regulatory.

- Identity non-compliance risk of new product, activities, undertaking or material changes to existing product and service.

- Identity change of regulations and monitoring on operation activities to ensure compliance.

- Interpret, apply policies, identity and recommend changes as appropriate.

- Review company policies and procedures aimed at avoiding material conflict of interest and to be in compliance with regulatory requirement.

- Promote and raise aware of compliance through training.

- Conduct compliance check-list and communicate with relevant department.

- Monitor on key regulation and lender requirements, as well communicate to relevant department on non-compliance concern.

- Prepare monthly compliance, and other related compliance report as required.

- Consider way to measure non-compliance risk operation activities.

- Support with other compliance projects.

- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor or Master degree in business, finance or Law.

- Experience in different area in financial institution or bank at least 3 years, plus 2 years in field of AML, or risk management, or internal audit.

- Great knowledge of principle banking and financial institution operation.

- Understanding supervisory requirement on bank and Fis.

- Highly acquainted with computer systems and programs, such MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Email & Internet.

- Be able to work independently as well as collaborative with team environment.

- Strong analytical and technical skill.

- Strong verbal and written communication.

- Excellent command of Khmer and English.
