Officer, ATM Operation Support

Location: Head Office-Phnom Penh 
Report to: Unit Manager of OPD for ATM Operation Support

• Prepare cash replacement in ATMs public around Phnom Penh and Takhmao branch.
• Do cash count in ATMs public a time in 2 weeks.
• Solve complain sheet of customer related to cash shortage-surplus in ATMs.
• Prepare support document for cash replacement in ATM.
• Monitor and process request suspense letter cash shortage/overage in ATM for manager approval.
• Print report from Smart vista and BI report.
• Do monthly report consolidation cash shortage/overage in ATM.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

• Bachelor’s degree in banking and finance, accounting or related fields.
• At least 1 year experience related to cash management.
• Knowledge in English language can communication well.
• Be able to use Ms. Word & Excel internet and e-mail.
• Good attitude, be honest, serious, gentle and willing to work.
