Senior HR & Admin Officer
To support HR & Admin Depts' function and ensure HR & Admin Operation is run well.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR functions:
On Boarding Process
Process bank account for new staffs
Guide and Introduce new staffs
alert to line manager to assign buddy for new staff during the first week
Record and track staff probation period then alert to line manager to appraisal on time
Coordinate with line manager to set KPI for new staff
Control on both head office and site office
Control and collect data to do as monthly report
Track staff leave daily and monthly
Ensure the staff to fill and submit the leave form when absence
Admin functions:
Check and record the in and out purchase request and other letters
Follow up and track process with Purchase Department
Control and check worker’s register and resign with project admin
Support new worker wage for register account with pay agent
Control worker OT and working hour, and increment, attendance
Prepare the supporting doc for process working wage weekly
Monitor working schedule of worker
Arrange accommodation, Transportation, attendance list, venue, food, etc.
Other duties assign by HR/Admin Team Leader
REQUIREMENT
BBA in Law or related field
At least has one year experience
Must able written spoken English Khmer
Computer proficiency
Flexible, smart, willing learn skills team work
Good interpersonal, organizational communication skills
Highly for completion accuracy within deadline
Initiate strongly committed the team and independently well teamwork.
