HR Assistant
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruiting and selection: responsible for all level of employee.
- Prepare job announcement.
- Making the orientation and prepare contract for new employ.
- Attendant Management: daily checking all employee of the Company.
- Manage personnel file and keep update.
- Prepare any documents to support payroll function.
- Manage and update master list.
- Update all leave type and Vocation for all employees.
- Disciplinary action: warning to employee that breach’s the company policies or internal rule.
- Apply yearly Quota and work permit.
- Apply OT permit to ministry of labor.
- Other task assigned by supervisor or manager
REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor’s Degree of Human resource management
- At least 1-year-experience of related field
- Age 18 to 35 year old.
- Can speak English or Chinese.
- Male and Female
- Leadership & Management
- High Critical Thinking
- Good in Problem Solving
- Ability to work in a team
- Work under pressure
