Visa Specialist
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Preparing visa application and supporting documents for applicants
• Responsible for all kinds of visa applications
• Consulting and dealing with general inquires from clients regarding visa processing
• Contacting and responding from immigration officer and clients
• Finish task on time and organized
• Performs other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
• At least two years experience related to visa operation process in travel agency
• Have good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• have responsibility for job, able to work independently
• Good command in English and Chinese.
• Computer literacy (MS. Word, excel...)
