As a Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, developing, marketing and managing MXM’s division to increase its sale volume and marketing in the Cambodia’s market.

Setting sales and marketing planning to manage activity within the team.

Day to day management of the sales team ensuring they are on track and following with the weekly sale planning.

Manage and coordinate all marketing activities such as advertising and promotion our Laminate’s products

Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information

Lead a weekly meeting to find out any problem and solve it with a productivity ways

To implement and manage a sales plan for each financial year

Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues

Set individual sales targets with sales team

Training the sales team on sales techniques and giving advice.

Ensuring the sales team keep the weekly sale planning updated regularly

Overseeing all marketing activity and ensuring it fits with the marketing strategy.

Sending marketing emails to customers via the CRM.

Participating to manage the company’s social media accounts and posting relevant content.

Reporting on activities towards targets to Manager

Researching potential target industries and customers

Putting together a content marketing strategy for the company.

Work with HR in recruitment of staffs

Other tasks assigned by General Manager

Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Retail or equivalent

At least 3 years experiences with this field in manager level

Technical in Sales and Marketing skills, and Formal presentation skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Problem analysis and problem-solving

Relevant product and industry knowledge

Experience with relevant software applications
