HR Executive (Recruitment)

HR specialist related to recruitment & enrollment.

• Manage on database of resumes
• Build applicant sources by researching, colleges, employment agencies, media, and internet sites
• Build strong networking with candidates
• Places job announcement in various media outlets
• Directly working on screening and interviewing of all new hires
• Refers shortlisted candidates for additional interviews with management and coordinating in interview schedules
• Job offer and salary negotiation
• Maintain good communication with all departments
• Daily, monthly and quarterly recruitment report preparation
• Handle documents of Position Requisition documents and join related meeting to discuss about recruitment request
• Other tasks that assigned

• Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
• Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
• Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Team management skills
• A team player with leadership skills
