Sales Manager

1. Sale Manager (Salary Rank $700 to $1000)
Main purpose of Job
To direct and control the sale function for the company to achieve agreed sale volumes and develop
policies and procedure that will meet the objective of the company’s strategy.
Main Responsibilities
1. Direct and control the company’s sales staff to ensure that they are appropriated motivated and
trained to meet all sales targets and that they carry out their responsibilities to the required
standard.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies that enable the company to achieve its corporate
objectives.
3. Develop all necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales function operates
efficiently and effectively and achieves all sales objectives.
4. Monitor the performance of the sales function and take correctly action where necessary to
ensure that sales targets are met.
5. Develop and control the budget for the sales function to ensure that all financial targets are met
and that all necessary financial targets are met and that all necessary financial controls are in
place to comply with company policy and procedure requirements.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and other relevant bodies to ensure that
the company’s maximum sale potential is realized.
7. Updated all customer information to make sure that status customer demand is on time action
and awareness of competition.
8. Maintain an awareness of developments in sales techniques and technology to ensure that the
company maintains and develops its competitive position.
9. Monitor the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and
develops its competitive position.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
The Job requires:
- Qualification bachelor degree level
- At least 3 yeas sale management experiences
- Thorough knowledge and experience of marketing and sales
- Thorough knowledge of company product
- Excellent sales and interpersonal skills
- Excellent planning and organizing skills
- Impressive record of achieving targets
