IT Manager Urgent
IT Manager is responsible for the planning, installation, operation, maintenance, and retirement of all information technology supported systems, applications, and services in the clinics.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage local IT infrastructure in Phnom Penh and establish strong partnerships with vendors to set clear expectations. This includes negotiating access agreements, establishing service level agreements, and ensuring contracts are in place to support the services provided by the infrastructure team and the right software and tools are in place to manage the infrastructure.
• Administer Windows Server, VMware Virtual Farms, and Symantec Endpoint systems and evaluate the functionality of systems
• Manage new IT Projects which require network implementation, secure network access for remote users, test and modify systems to ensure that that they operate reliably
• Hands on to implement/ manage local server/ network infrastructure, which includes VM Farm, Windows server, routers, switches, firewalls and structured cabling.
• Pro-actively monitor, pre-empt, diagnose, troubleshoot and rectify network related problems to ensure high availability.
• Maintain and continuously improve on efficiency of entire infrastructure.
• Support of IT Applications and Database e.g. Clinic Management Systems, Electronic Medical Records, Sun Accounting Systems used in Clinics.
• Support for branches in IndoChina.
• Consult computer users to ascertain needs and to ensure that facilities meet user or project requirements
• Select and purchase appropriate hardware and software, ensuring software licensing laws are followed
• Plan, report and manage IT budgets
• Implement, manage security or integrity and backup procedures and schedule upgrades
• Provide user training, support, advice and feedback
• Keep up to date with new technology
• Design maintenance procedures and put them into operation.
• Set up and maintain the needed equipment (projectors, phone lines) served to the end users.
• Schedule manual update server patching every 3 months
• Manage backup and disaster recovery plan
• IT hardware repair ex: computer, printer, scanner, copy machine,..
• Direct contact with IT team in Singapore
• Building maintenance ex: electric, toilet,... and contact vendor.
REQUIREMENT
• Degree in Computer Science, Internetworking, Information Technology, Information System, Engineering, Science or its equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience in an Enterprise environment.
• MCSE, CCNA or CCNP certification will be advantageous.
• Experience in Windows Server Administration, Active Directory/ DNS administration, Cisco Router/ Switches administration.
• Working knowledge in Microsoft Windows/ VMware environment would be advantageous.
