Position: Logistic & Stock Officer

Role & Responsibility

• Work with shipper and purchaser to check and confirm shipping
• Document, invoice, packing list, bill of lading.
• Prepare and ensure that all shipping document is including, import permit, stamped invoice/ packing list and authorization are passed to brother timely for customer clearance.
• Work closely and follow up with broker and trucker to ensure delivery is made as plan.
• Handle delivery to customers.
• Verified stock in & out according to each packing list.
• Check stock in regular basic.

Requirement

• Good Communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills so as to ensure free flow of company logostics process.
• Ability to work as part of a team whenever it is necessary to do.
• Understanding in logistic working flow
• Good speaking and writing in English
• Hard working and can under pressure.
