Sale Manager

• Develop business plan and implement client success programs.
• Analyzes the business challenges, practices, needs and requirements of clients to uncover needs and opportunities and proposes additional/new projects or service products.
• Lead account service team to help them achieving company’s goals
• Updates and provides all necessary accounts information to support business decisions
• Works closely with different departments on new/existing accounts for smooth transition and workflow to ensure that project deliverables are in line with clients’ requirements
• Become an expert in identifying challenges that our clients face
• Leverage your creativity, intellect to advance our company’s vision
• Proactively monitor results of your team’s projects and pivot strategy based on feedback and results
• Continuously coach your team to build and facilitate ongoing relationships with existing clients
• Identify new opportunities within the client’s company to drive and increase revenue
• Assist Account Service Team in creating client communication materials focused on acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients
• Setting up meetings with clients and other agency staff;
• Working with the account service director to brief media, creative and research staff, monitoring, production, event management, and digital media and assist with the formulation of marketing strategies;
• Handling budgets and managing campaign costs;
• Other duties assigned by management

• Bachelor or Master Degree of related field
• At least 5-7 years of progressive related work experience
• Proficiency in English language or Chinese is an added advantage
• Experience developing and leading other account managers
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Accurate with Computer skills (Advanced MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint)
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skill
• Clear and articulate verbal and written communication
• Conflict resolution and problem solving skills
• Critical thinking skills
