KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Be a company representative in contacting with Japanese customer
  • Detail demand to Recruitment department in order for them to recruit qualified candidate for customer
  • Coordinate in preparing Intern’s CV to submit to Japanese customers and collaborate in conducting interview between Japanese customer and intern
  • Coordinate in processing legal documents for intern
  • Follow up with relevant department on document processing
  • Stay and learn the problems from intern and call for solution
  • Lead the meeting with relating departments to solve intern’s problem
  • Proceed some document with Japanese customer to fill up both Government requirements
  • Translate some require document from Japanese to Khmer and from Khmer to Japanese
  • Report to manager
  • Other tasks required by manager or President
REQUIREMENT
  • Bachelor degree of Business Administration or equivalence
  • 2 Years experiences with relevant field
  • Proficiency of Japanese language usage (N2 or N3)
  • Good communication, negotiation and presentation
  • Good computer literacy; Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Internet & Email
  • Hardworking with strong commitment
  • Initiative, proactive and process of good management ability
  • Can work under pressure
