• Prepare lesson plan
• Prepare lesson according to lesson plan
• Searching for additional lesson relate to life skill, moral, condition and culture in Japan
• Teach the trainees by following the lesson plan
• Play video in Japanese language to trainees every Saturday
• Implement the internal rule to trainees
• Control the trainees daily living hygiene
• Punish to trainees who fail the rule
• Lead the trainee to do morning exercise
• Report every problems relate to trainee to manager
• Examine trainees every month
• Fill up some missing point during teaching
• Join meeting of strengthening the trainees quality
• Do the daily and monthly report to manager
• Other tasks which require by manager

• Japanese speaker at least N4
• Experiences in teaching is preferred
• Able to work under pressure
