• Data entry excel and NAV System
• Stock checking for consumable items
• Sharing and refilling stock other depots
• Outstanding PRN checking
• Outstanding PO checking
• Stock Checking warehouse and store-HO
• Inventory movement of the whole Myanmar
• Physical Stock count at Warehouse and sub-stores
• Stock count review of the whole Myanmar
• Event Report
• Goods Receipt Report
• Stock Transfer Depots to Depots Report
• Goods Return and Outlets Withdraw Report
• Consumption of Yangon
• Consumption of the whole Myanmar
• PO Tracking and Prepare for ROP
• Closing item journal in NAV System

• 2 Years Experience in Data management.
• Proficient in Office package, creating data sheets and formulas
English speaking/reading/writing
• Engineering knowledge preferred
• Proficient in English
• Native Khmer Speaking
• Effective, positive and energetic attitude
• Ability to communicate clearly - Decent presentations skills
• Action-oriented, persistent and result oriented
• Solid organizing skills
